  • What are the delivery charges for orders from the online shop?

    All delivery costs are calculated upon checkout.
    Of course, 3D Models do not have any shipping cost and will not change the shipping cost if you order them along with a 3D Printed kit

  • Wich payment methods are accepted in the online shop?

    We accept Paypal

  • How long does it take for my order to be sent?

    For printed kits : we usually send it within 2 weeks maximum. Sometimes, it can be a bit longer if we have a lot of orders or a printer issue, but this is exceptional.
    If you need your order quick, you can contact us and see with us for an express printing and shipping. This would add fees to your order.

     

    For 3D models, since it is digital, you will receive as soon as you paid your order.

  • How long will delivery take?

    Delivery usually takes from 2 to 7 days depending on your location, France/Europe being the quickest and USA/Canada being the slowest

  • Do you make custom orders?

    We take custom orders and commissions. You can read all of our terms of services about commissions and custom orders here.

  • How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data Protected?

    We Respect RGPD regulations and all transactions are done by Stripe or Paypal, both secure channels we do not have any access to.

  • What exactly happens after ordering?

    Our 3D Printed Kits are printed on demand for each order. Each order will take around 1 to 2 weeks to be printed, then shipped. You will receive updates of the process by our mailing system.

    3D Models are available instantly after order, the link will be provided to you by mail.

  • Do I receive an invoice for my order?

    You will receive an invoice by mail after your order.
